Electrolux Design Lab 2008

The concept "Flatshare" was dreamed up by an Austrian student called Stefan Buchberger. His design consists of separate compartments within one refrigeration unit and is aimed at people who share their house or flat with friends. Stefan's design not only allows for each person within the home to have their own compartment, but he has also allowed for individual personalities by making each compartment customisable using different skins. 

Mr Buchberger attends the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. It's obviously a winning idea, but will we be seeing this design from AEG- Electrolux anytime soon?
